Welcome to the England football shirt section of this website. We have news and information on each England football shirt, including the brand new 2010/12 away shirt, which is now available to buy and wear for the World Cup finals, starting in June of this year. It was revealed in full detail on 10th February 2010 and launched fully on 3rd March 2010.

The current England 2009/11 home shirt has been out for quite a while, and is a must have for all England football fans.

The England football team was formed in 1870 and is the joint oldest in the world.

England joined FIFA in 1906 and didn't play against teams outside of the home nations until they toured Europe in 1908.

The England team started playing at Wembley in 1927, after previously using cricket grounds and other football grounds.

England are one of seven teams to have won the World Cup, having one on home ground in 1966, when they beat West Germany 4-2 in the final, after extra time. Since then, their best performance was in 1990, when they lost on penalties in the semi-final.

The current England team have qualifird for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where they will play in Group C against the United States, Algeria and Slovenia.

England have traditionaly worn a white home shirt and red away shirt.
